A simple, effective, flexible process
Plan
Before any video production happens, monthly marketing meetings are a great opportunity for us to become part of your team and develop a sound strategy going forward. These meetings usually last an hour and cover:

Audience/Customer Profiles
Integrating video with your marketing calendar
Idea generation and development
Review of the last month
Create
We use a very simple system for tracking the team's ideas. You can access this at any time and add ideas freely without worry. We can track the development of multiple ideas at the same time. This makes turning an idea into a project and calculating the production time easy and transparent.
You get final approval on whether a project is ‘green lit’. Once you give us the go-ahead we will go into production and provide the first cut on the agreed delivery date. You then review and suggest minor amends to the video, if necessary. The final cut is then delivered and the production time deducted from your total available production time.
Adapt
After each piece of marketing goes out, you then provide us with feedback. This is the accountability and ownership part of the retainer package and is a great opportunity for learning and growth.
This feedback is usually in the form of analytics, your opinions and any audience comments. This feedback plus any changes in your business and your marketing calendar will be reviewed in the next monthly marketing meeting and can be used to help us adapt the plan, if necessary.
